In-Home Training
is becoming more popular today with everyone's busy schedules. That is why we will come
to you! We provide the knowledge and equipment,
you provide the sweat! Our workouts range from Core
to FullBody, to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Whatever your fitness goals may be, we are here to guide and support
you in achieving those goals. Mike is fully
certified as an ISSA Fitness Trainer, Sports
Specific Training, CPR and AED certified as well as
a Professional PADI Divemaster, and Trainer for The 2009 Max Muscle Maxformation champion. Michele
Jamison, is our NESTA, C.S.N.C., Fitness
Life Coach, Wellness Consultant and will be completing her ISSA
Fitness Trainer Certification in the future. Michele
captured First Runner Up out of 3000 contestants nation-wide in Max Muscle's "Bring Yourself To
Life" MaxFormation Life Challenge from January 1 - June 30, 2009. You can view her transformation photos by
