Training Style: I enjoy Personal training one on one, or small
groups, I focus on strength training and CORE training, I also work with sports specific training. I know after the age of
40 it is harder to stay in shape, most people neglect the CORE which is essential in almost everything a person does. Proper
training and having someone there to motivate and “push” you to achieve your goals is what it’s all about.
Experience/History/Education: I am certified through ISSA (International
Sports Sciences) as a Personal trainer, I am also a professional PADI Divemaster (Professional Association of Dive Instructors).
I also have training in Martial Arts. I am also and Engineer by trade. I am certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, marine first
aid, and Oxygen provider for Scuba Diving.
Personal Interests: I have been physically active all my life, from Martial arts to Bodybuilding.
I enjoy Scuba Diving, Bodybuilding, softball, and Golf. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their
fitness goals to live a happier healthier life.
