What We Offer:

No more canned workouts!  Everyone is different and needs different types of training!  That is where we come in. We build workouts for you!!!!

WE WILL COME TO YOU OR IN OUR STUDIO!!

Your program is created for your specific fitness profile. We design your workout plan based on your available schedule, fitness goals, exercise history, fitness experience, and equipment availability.

WEEKLY ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS:
All weekly personal training workouts are customized for you between 45 and 60 minutes. 
Workouts include Resistance Training, Core Training, Cardio and Flexibility, as well as Nutritional Guidance.

  • 6 Week Workout Program: 3/week....$700.00
  • 12 Week Workout Program: 3/week....$1400.00 full pay or $500/month
  • 16 Week Workout Program: 3/week....$1800.00 full pay or $500/month
  • 1 Session Workout: ...$75.00
  • Grocery Store Tour: ...$100.00
  • Online Nutrition Coaching: ...request quote...3 month commitment required

6 MONTH - 1 YEAR TRANSFORMATION PACKAGES:
