SUMMER FIT TIPS
1. TAKE THE STAIRS. INSTEAD OF USING THE ELEVATOR USE THE STAIRS AT WORK.

2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

3. EAT 5- MEALS A DAY. INSTEAD OF 3 BIG MEALS OR EVEN SKIPPING A MEAL TRY 3 REGULAR MEALS WITH 2 SNACKS DURING THE DAY.

4. PACK A LUNCH. INSTEAD OF GOING OUT FOR LUNCH PACK A HEALTHY ONE AT HOME

5. USE FREE WEIGHTS INSTEAD OF THE MACHINES. YOU WILL BURN MORE CALORIES BECAUSE THERE IS MORE INVOLVED LIKE LOADING AND UNLOADING THE BARS.

CUT YOUR CANCER RISK
Several polyphenols - the potent antioxidants green tea's famous for - seem to help keep cancer cells from gaining a foothold in the body, by discouraging their growth and then squelching the creation of new blood vessels that tumors need to thrive.
