BAFFL'S 40/40 URBAN WARRIOR BOOT CAMP Begin Again’s Urban Warrior Boot Camp is a complete body workout designed for all fitness levels. This is not your typical gym class. This high intensity workout using 40 second intervals with a 40 second rest period combines the best workout techniques using your own body weight to achieve ultimate results. We make it fun and exciting, but you will work hard and sweat! Whether it’s weight loss, flexibility, increase strength, endurance or you just want “something different”. We will challenge all skill levels. Tuesday & Thursday ~ 6:30pm ~ $45 punch card (8 classes) or $7.00 per class drop in rate. BAFFL'S CARDIO KICKBOXING Keep your heart pumping with our new CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASS!! Set to fun, high energy music, this total body workout is designed to get your body moving and make you sweat! Burn up to 700 calories while incorporating basic martial arts kicks and punches combined with athletic drills. Easy to follow moves with a variety of intensity levels are demonstrated by the instructor so each participant can work according to his or her fitness level. Perfect for the beginner as well as the more advanced exerciser! (30 minutes of cardio followed by core strengthening exercises and stretching) Monday & Wednesday ~ 6:30pm AND Saturday's ~ 8am ~ $45 punch card (8 classes) or $7.00 per class drop in rate. YOGA Sunday's ~ 9am ~ $45 punch card (8 classes) or $7.00 per class drop in rate. PUNCH CARDS CAN BE USED FOR ANY COMBINATION
